Designan a nuevo jefe del Estado Mayor General de la PNP

Carlos Chong Campana es el nuevo jefe del Estado Mayor General de la Policía Nacional.

Su designación fue oficializada hoy, mediante la resolución suprema 054-2023-IN, publicada en la edición extraordinaria de la gaceta de normas legales del Diario Oficial El Peruano.

En el mismo dispositivo legal se dispone que Chong Campana sea ascendido del grado de general de armas de la Policía, al de teniente general de dicha institución.

En tal sentido, se establece además que la Secretaría Ejecutiva de la Policía Nacional tome las medidas correspondientes para hacer efectivas estas disposiciones.

Nombramientos en la PNP

En la sección de considerandos de la resolución suprema se indica que el artículo 10 del Decreto Legislativo 1267 dispone que el nombramiento del nuevo jefe del Estado Mayor de la Policía debe darse junto a la del comandante general y a la del inspector general de esa institución.

Gobierno invertirá S/ 1,500 millones para resguardar infraestructura ante lluvias

El Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas (MEF) lanzó hoy el plan Con Punche Perú: "Atención a la emergencia", el cual incluye una rápida ejecución de acciones de prevención, protección y resiliencia de la infraestructura, a escala nacional, ante la próxima presencia de un Fenómeno de El Niño costero.

Al respecto, el ministro de Economía y Finanzas, Alex Contreras, precisó que se ejecutarán obras de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo a infraestructura vial, de saneamiento, educativa y en hospitales y centros de salud, las cuales demandarán una inversión de 1,500 millones de soles.

“La idea es que a partir del siguiente Consejo de Ministros ir aprobando la reasignación de recursos y ver todos los mecanismos necesarios para poder acelerar este gasto”, sostuvo el ministro en conferencia de prensa.

Explicó que el Ejecutivo creará dos ventanas de inversión. La primera será entre mayo y junio, y la segunda entre agosto y diciembre. “Tenemos que actuar con celeridad y es el compromiso de todos los sectores”, subrayó.
