Auctioneers Note: Mr. and Mrs. Doug Kamm started Kamm Excavating Corporation in 1976. The scope of operation has been within 50 miles of Charles City, IA. Their company specialized in general dirt moving, site development, water and sewer pipeline installation, land clearing, and general dirt moving. The machinery and equipment has received regular maintenance and was in operation until April of 2025. Once bidding has started, you can place bids continuously up to the time the item is up for biddings on auction day. Maximum bid feature is available. 10% Buyer Premium applies to all purchases. Inspection: Tuesday May 20, 8:00-5:00 or by appointment.
Removal: Friday May 23, 8:00 to 5:00 PM, Saturday May 24, 8:00 to 5:00, no loading Sunday May 25 or Monday May 26th. Loading Tuesday May 27th through and including Friday May 30th 8:00 to 5:00. Removal to be completed

Crating and Shipping: Palletizing or crating smaller items is available at a rate of $50.00 per hour plus supplies. Auction Company will determine what will be available for assistance. Contact Auction Company for details. All transportation and courier services is the responsibility of buyers at the buyers expense.

Payment: All items must be paid for in full before they are removed. Payment is in the form of cash, wire transfer, cashier’s check or approved business check.
