When I was 1 year old, I was hit by a car. It severed my spine and paralyzed me from the waist down. The doctors said I would never recover. But my mom, Heidi of Polka Dogz Pet Rescue, wanted to give me a second chance.

Now I’m the mascot of Polka Dogz, and I get to help other disabled dogs find their own forever homes. I may not walk the way most dogs do, but I certainly know how to roll with whatever comes my way.

You may spot me at the Farmers Market or in my mom’s store where I like to visit. I’m grateful I get to live this joyful life full of adventure and show people that life isn’t about what we can’t do, but what we can do. And I can do anything.
