New Neighbors

The Carters & Saavedras
Longtime Central Florida residents Amanda and Micah Carter and Amanda’s parents, Joe and Leticia Saavedra have moved into LCP together as a multigenerational household. The move is partly to make it easier for each family to travel. “We were so excited to find this home that accommodates us both comfortably,” says Amanda.
The Carters have a young family of their own, including the newest member of the family, 1-monthold Ava. “This year has reminded us that life is so precious,” says Amanda. “We’re making the most of each day while surrounded with the ones we love.”
If you want to welcome this blended family to LCP, just stop by and bring the kids—they’re always looking for new families to befriend!

The Bergins
Matt and Lisa Bergin are new to Lake Cove Pointe, but not to Winter Garden, having lived near downtown, and in the general Orlando area, since 2015. Originally from upstate New York and Southern California, respectively, they eventually migrated to Florida to escape the brutal New England winters.
They chose this neighborhood for them and their four children because they loved the beauty and friendliness of the community. They’re lovers of the arts, the outdoors, movie nights, and driveway parties. The family has many home improvement projects on the horizon, but are most excited about building a pool.
If you want to meet the Bergins and make them feel at home, the best way to do it is to simply stop by and visit!
