PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE CONTRACT
FINGERPRINT TESTING
With our preventive maintenance contract, our target is to work closely with the customers maintenance team to ensure that the EMAG machine maintenance points are checked with regular analysis of the machine work and to provide proactive tests and on time correction of failures.
With Fingerprint, the EMAG Service team is able to diagnose and evaluate the condition of the machines mechanical components without any lengthy disassembly or reassembly process. The data supplied by Fingerprint provides our customers with an up-to-date status report of the machine in terms of the behavior of the machine axes.

To assist our customers, we not only have a central worldwide spare parts operation, but we also stock parts locally in order to optimize the process. As part of our service contract with customers, we’ll stock a dditional critical spare parts for their specific operations. With our individual spare part concept, combined with our customer spare parts stock, EMAG India can be your centralized spare part supplier.
