Programming – DIN ISO basics
This course is best suited for newcomers in CNC programming. The basic theoretical knowledge in DIN ISO programming is taught in the classroom. This is coupled with practical applications at an EMAG training machine. Programming – Machining and contour cycles
Machining cycles are subroutines with which you can define certain operational sequences quicker and easier – for example the tapping of a thread or the milling of a pocket – than with the usual DIN ISO programming procedure. These cycles can be adapted to particular tasks using function parameters. For the technologies drilling, milling and turning the system offers you different standard cycles. General terms and conditions for booking EMAG Salach Maschinenfabrik GmbH training courses
1. Advice and Registration Secure your place in a training course by registering early. Space is limited. Applications will be considered in the order in which they are received. However, if a course is full, we will offer you a suitable alternative date. If you would prefer to register by phone we are available, Monday thru Friday between 8 am and 5 pm. 2. Order Confirmation We will confirm your reservation in writing. 3. Cancellation We reserve the right to change the venue and/or time of the events, and to cancel the events. You will be informed of any changes immediately. Should the course be canceled, our only obligation is to reimburse any fees that have already been paid. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, we reserve the right to cancel the training course. 4. Right of Withdrawal and Cancellation Fees You may appoint a participant to replace you, free of charge, should you be unable to attend for any reason. In the case of cancellation or nonattendance, you will be invoiced the following costs, depending on the point in time: > 30 business days: no charge 15 - 30 business days: 50% of the cost of the training course < 15 business days or in the case of nonattendance: 100% of the cost of the training course 5. Fees The prices do not include statutory VAT, but do comprise the training course fees, training course documentation as well as meals and drinks during the event, provided nothing else is mentioned. The invoice will be issued after registration. The invoiced amount is due for payment net following receipt of the invoice. It is unfortunately not possible for services which have not been fully benefited from to 42
be reimbursed. 6. Exclusion of Liability Technical information used in the training courses and training course documentation is to the best of our knowledge. However, we do not accept liability for possible errors contained in the documentation made available or which are conveyed in writing or verbally. Hence, we do not accept liability for any damage resulting thereof or for consequential damage caused by a defect. We are only liable for damage caused by our employees with intent or due to gross negligence; liability is, excluded for all other cases. 7. Intellectual Property Rights, Copyright The duplication of training course documentation for unapproved purposes such as the transmission and communication of its contents to third parties and the utilization of its contents by third parties is not permitted. The software used during the training course for practice purposes may not be copied or removed from the room in which the training course takes place. The installation of their own software by the participants is not permitted. 8. Trainers EMAG trainers have plenty of practical experience since they oversee customer projects in addition to leading training courses. The training course documentation is also an essential work of reference in practice. 9. Language All courses are offered in German or English. Other languages are available upon request. 10. Confirmation of Participation in a Course The participants receive confirmation of their participation in the course at the end of the seminar.
