Starting with the town-planning study through to the interior design itself, from early sketching to execution drawings. Few companies possess such comprehensive expertise. The team has also been working for over 10 years for Middle-Eastern clients, and is very familiar with this market and its characteristics.

We have fully adapted and optimised hardware to provide optimum and effective work, enabling us to meet deadlines as they arise. We use the latest software such as AutoCAD, 3DSMax, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch'up, REVIT, Primavera P6, MPP and Microsoft Office for DTP. We also promote the use of hand-drawn work, allowing for artistic creativity in our concept designs. All workstations are interconnected via a network and a server that allows us to share and access internal information, secure work and maintain a system of regular and automatic archiving. We have printing equipment and a scanner that allow us to produce all documents in current format. Our Internet connection allows us to stay in touch with Clients and colleagues, making us available throughout the world. The office policy and procedure manual also helps to ensure best working practices and management of quality.

company profile | 2014 Les Terrasses de l'Arve, Switzerland. Along the streets, we have a continuous built edge features 4 floors in which will be shops, the hotel des Artisans and 3 floors offices building. We designed two major axes pedestrian linked to the "Quai de l' Arve". These axes along the green esplanade are lined sidewalk cafes and cultural spaces located on the ground floor of residential buildings. Inside the protective case formed by public buildings fronting streets, the neighborhood developed around the green lung of the esplanade, on four islands which the number of floors varies from 5 to 9 on which is built 11 towers of 18 floors. This principle of organization combines the traditional island style urban architecture with modern towers.

The area is pedestrian only, car access will be exceptional (garbage collection and emergencies), no parking is provided inside. Access to the underground parking is generally from the rue Franรงois Dussaud. Each island has its own parking and we can go directly to the vertical circulation of housing. It thus combines the principle and the advantages of the single parking and private parking for each property group.

company profile | 2014 This complex (of 57,000 square meters) composed of; office building, five-star hotel, shopping mall and luxury apartments is situated in city centre, on the most ancient shopping street of Bucharest. The oldest still standing, princely palace, built at the beginning of the 19th century, serves as entrance pavilion. Indeed, the stake was to reconcile the ather modest scale of this historical building and those of the new complex with 16 levels. The two high-rise buildings are imagined as a case protecting the ancient palace, reminding us the atmosphere of the ancient city, a 5-levels building composed by stacked prisms contains luxury housing with generous south-oriented terraces.

In the city center of Cluj, city of 300.000 inhabitants in the northwest of Romania, which knew a strong economic boom last years, we build a complex of 45 000 square meters composed of offices, a five stars hotel, an apart-hotel and luxury housing. The height of buildings varies from 16 built on a difficult L-shape ground, opens towards a canal which the municipality wants to transform into a place of walk and leisure. Between the two groups of high-rise buildings, a public square boarded by trading is lined in the South by the canal and prolonged through a bridge by a large pedestrian way which leads towards the 21 December Boulevard, which links it to central place of the city.

On 2,6 hectares of ground, a new district will have to see the day; Riyadhhousing, hospital, schools, cultural centre, retail, mosques ‌ On this almost square plot of land we magined a kind of "ideal city " answering the specific cultural and climatic requirements of a Middle East Muslim community: typology of dwellings, pedestrian paths shielded from the glance, shaded places. A main pedestrian trading-bordered way connects the two great extensively planted places of the two main mosques. All around are the places of the day-today mosques, linked by pedestrian paths and boarded by porticoes, which give to this district an air of a modern middle east Bologna.
