A WALK IN THE WOODS
There is something so mysterious, mellow and whimsical in hosting a wedding in the woods. Being one with nature and the beauty it already provides was the inspiration behind Cristen Faherty’s (Cristen & Co.) polished woodland bohemian tablescape. Mixing warmer color tones with softer neutrals, Faherty created a homey autumn color palette, using rustic elements like a farm table and carved wood candle centerpiece, as well as industrial accents like gunmetal bistro chairs from PEAK Event Services. Enhancing the bohemian feel, Faherty incorporated custom mustard colored suede napkins by BBJ Linen, tassel placemats and tri-fold Kraft paper menu cards by The Paper Perfectionist. Every element provided a cozy and cohesive feel, from the glamping farm retreat with acres of dreamy fields and lush forests, to the wood fired farm-to-table menu by Harvest Moon Catering.
