ΥΠΟΥΡΓΕΙΟ ΛΑΙΚΗΣ ΕΞΟΥΣΙΑΣ ΓΙΑ ΤΙΣ ΕΞΩΤΕΡΙΚΕΣ ΥΠΟΘΕΣΕΙΣ ΑΝΑΚΟΙΝΩΣΗ O Πρόεδρος Νικολάς Μαδούρο Μόρος και ιδιαιτέρως ο λαός της Βενεζουέλας, χαιρετίζουν την μόνιμη κατάπαυση πυρός στη Λωρίδα της Γάζας, όπως ανακοινώθηκε στο Κάιρο, δίνοντας τέλος στις στρατιωτικές ισραηλινές επιθέσεις που διήρκησαν 50 ημέρες προκαλώντας τη δολοφονία 2.138 παλαιστινίων, συμπεριλαμβανομένων πάνω από 500 αθώα κορίτσια και αγόρια. Η Κυβέρνηση της Βενεζουέλας ζητάει από τη διεθνή κοινότητα να συνοδεύσει αυτή τη διαδικασία κατάπαυσης πυρός, για να εγγυηθεί τον μόνιμο χαρακτήρα του, βάζοντας τέλος στον μεγάλο κύκλο θανάτου και καταστροφής σε αυτήν την ιερή γη. Η Μπολιβαριανή Δημοκρατία της Βενεζουέλας αναγνωρίζει το θετικό ρόλο της Αραβικής Δημοκρατίας της Αιγύπτου, στο πλαίσιο του ρόλου της ως μεσολαβητής, καθώς επίσης στέλνει μήνυμα θαυμασμού για κάθε ένα από τα εκατομμύρια άνδρες, γυναίκες και παιδιά που είχαν κινητοποιηθεί στους δρόμους του κόσμου ή εξέφρασαν τη γνώμη τους, με οποιοδήποτε μέσο, κατά της εγκληματικής επίθεσης και υπέρ της ειρήνης. Αυτοί και αυτές είναι η ευγενέστερη έκφραση της σημερινής Ανθρωπότητάς μας. Επιπλέον, η Κυβέρνηση της Βενεζουέλας απαιτεί το πλήρες και οριστικό τέλος του αποκλεισμού της Γάζας από την Κυβέρνηση του Ισραήλ από το 2006, και καλεί τα Ηνωμένα Έθνη και τις κυβερνήσεις, σεβόμενες το διεθνές δίκαιο, να κατευθύνουν τις προσπάθειές τους ώστε να ολοκληρωθεί η πλήρης άρση του. Η Μπολιβαριανή Δημοκρατία της Βενεζουέλας, για άλλη μία φορά, επαναλαμβάνει το αίτημά της προς το Συμβούλιο Ανθρωπίνων Δικαιωμάτων των Ηνωμένων Εθνών, να επισπεύσει τις έρευνες για τα εγκλήματα πολέμου και τις παραβιάσεις των ανθρωπίνων
δικαιωμάτων που διαπράχθηκαν από την Κυβέρνηση του Ισραήλ κατά τη διάρκεια αυτής της επίθεσης. Ομοίως, επαναλαμβάνει τη βούλησή της να συνεχίσει την αλληλέγγυα δράση της με τον Παλαιστινιακό λαό, που με ηρωικό αγώνα, ανυψώνεται σήμερα από τα ερείπια, για να ξεκινήσει την ανοικοδόμηση της Παλαιστίνης. Η Βενεζουέλα θα συνεχίσει να εργάζεται για την εγκαθίδρυση του Κράτους της Παλαιστίνης στα σύνορα του 1967, με τη Δυτική Ιερουσαλήμ ως πρωτεύουσά της και για την λήξη της ισραηλινής κατοχής στα παλαιστινιακά εδάφη, στο πλαίσιο των ψηφισμάτων του Οργανισμού των Ηνωμένων Εθνών, ως τελική λύση για αυτήν την επαίσχυντη σύγκρουση εναντίον της ανθρωπότητας. REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA
MINISTERIO DEL PODER POPULAR PARA RELACIONES EXTERIORES COMUNICADO El Presidente Nicolás Maduro Moros y especialmente el pueblo venezolano, saludan el cese permanente al fuego en la Franja de Gaza, anunciado en El Cairo y que pone fin a los ataques militares israelíes; 50 días de criminal agresión que causaron el asesinato de 2.138 palestinos, entre ellos, más de 500 niñas y niños inocentes. El Gobierno venezolano solicita a la comunidad internacional acompañar este proceso de alto al fuego, para garantizar su carácter permanente, dando fin a la gran espiral de muerte y destrucción en esta tierra sagrada. La República Bolivariana de Venezuela, reconoce el papel positivo de la República Árabe de Egipto, en su rol de mediador, y envía también un mensaje de admiración a cada uno de los millones de hombres, mujeres, niños y niñas que se movilizaron en las calles del mundo o emitieron su opinión, por cualquier medio, contra la agresión criminal y a favor de la paz. Ellos y ellas son la expresión más noble de nuestra actual Humanidad. Asimismo, el Gobierno venezolano demanda el fin total y definitivo del bloqueo mantenido por el Gobierno israelí desde el 2006 sobre Gaza, e insta a las Naciones Unidas y a los gobiernos respetuosos del derecho internacional a dirigir sus esfuerzos para que su levantamiento total se concrete. La República Bolivariana de Venezuela, una vez más, reitera su solicitud ante el Consejo de Derechos Humanos de las Naciones Unidas para que acelere las investigaciones sobre los crímenes de guerra y violaciones de derechos humanos cometidas por el Gobierno de Israel durante esta agresión. De igual manera, reitera su
voluntad de continuar su acción solidaria a favor del pueblo palestino, que con una heroica lucha, se levanta hoy sobre las ruinas, para iniciar la reconstrucción de Palestina. Venezuela seguirá trabajando por el establecimiento del Estado de Palestina sobre las fronteras de 1967, con Jerusalén Este, como su capital y el fin de la ocupación israelí sobre los territorios palestinos, en el marco de las resoluciones de la Organización de Naciones Unidas, como solución definitiva para este oprobioso conflicto contra la humanidad. President Nicolรกs Maduro Moros and especially the Venezuelan people salute the permanent cease of fire in the Gaza Strip, announced in Cairo and put an end to the Israeli military attacks; 50 days of criminal aggression that caused the assassination of 2.138 Palestinians, among them, more than 500 innocent girls and boys. The Venezuelan Government asks the international community to accompany this ceasefire process to ensure its permanent character, putting an end to the great spiral of death and destruction in this holy land. The Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, acknowledges the positive role of the Arab Republic of Egypt, in its role as a mediator, and also send a message of admiration to each one of the millions of men, women and children who were mobilized on the streets of the world or issued their opinion, by any means, against criminal aggression and for peace. They are the noblest expression of our present Humanity. In addition, the Venezuelan Government demands the full and final end to the blockade maintained by the the Israeli government on Gaza since 2006, and urges the United Nations and international law-abiding governments to direct their efforts so that its total cease is concrete.
The Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, once again reiterates its request before the Human Rights Council of the United Nations to expedite the investigations about war crimes and violations of human rights committed by the Government of Israel during this attack. Similarly, reiterates its willingness to continue its solidary action in favor of the Palestinian people, who with a heroic struggle, stands on the ruins today, to begin the reconstruction of Palestine. Venezuela will continue to work for the establishment of the State of Palestine over the fronts of 1967, with West Jerusalem, as its capital and the cease of the Israeli occupation over Palestinian territories, in the frame of the resolutions of the United Nations Organization, as a definite solution of this opprobrious conflict against humanity.
