ΜΠΟΛΙΒΑΡΙΑΝΗ ΔΗΜΟΚΡΑΤΙΑ ΤΗΣ ΒΕΝΕΖΟΥΕΛΑΣ ΥΠΟΥΡΓΕΙΟ ΛΑΙΚΗΣ ΕΞΟΥΣΙΑΣ ΓΙΑ ΤΙΣ ΕΞΩΤΕΡΙΚΕΣ ΥΠΟΘΕΣΕΙΣ
ANAKOINΩΣΗ H Κυβέρνηση της Μπολιβαριανής Δημοκρατίας της Βενεζουέλας απορρίπτει κατηγορηματικά την παρεμβατική ανακοίνωση που εκδόθηκε από το Υπουργείο Εξωτερικών των Ηνωμένων Πολιτειών της Αμερικής, με ημερομηνία 11 Σεπτεμβρίου 2014, στην οποία περιφρονεί τους δημοκρατικούς μας θεσμούς και τις αρχές που κατοχυρώνονται στο Σύνταγμά μας. Οι δηλώσεις αυτές συνιστούν απαράδεκτη ανάμιξη στις εσωτερικές υποθέσεις της χώρας μας και αντανακλούν την παρατεταμένη επίθεση εναντίον του λαού της Βενεζουέλας και του βαθιά δημοκρατικού συστήματος στο οποίο αναπτύσσεται. Η προαναφερθείσα ανακοίνωση μαστίζεται από ψέματα και ανακρίβειες που αποσκοπούν στη διαστρέβλωση της πραγματικότητας της χώρας μας ενώπιον της διεθνούς κοινότητας. Η Κυβέρνηση της Μπολιβαριανής Δημοκρατίας της Βενεζουέλας είναι ο μόνος εγγυητής του σεβασμού για τα δικαιώματα και τις υποχρεώσεις των πολιτών, και είναι υποχρεωμένη να προστατεύσει τον λαό μας από τη βία και τη διεθνή ανάμιξη.
Οι υψηλότερες αρχές σχετικά με το σεβασμό των ανθρωπίνων δικαιωμάτων που κατοχυρώνονται στο Σύνταγμα της Μπολιβαριανής Δημοκρατίας της Βενεζουέλας, είναι θεμελιώδες στοιχείο των ηθικών αξιών του λαού μας. Για την ακρίβεια, στις Ηνωμένες Πολιτείες, παραβιάζονται συστηματικά τα ανθρώπινα δικαιώματα του πληθυσμού της και άλλων λαών του κόσμου. Η μόνιμη βία κατά των μεταναστών, κατά χιλιάδων παιδιών της Κεντρικής Αμερικής, η διάκριση κατά των μειονοτήτων αφρικανικής καταγωγής, τα ατιμώρητα εγκλήματα από τη δράση των κύκλων εξουσίας, όπως στην περίπτωση του νέου Michael Brown, ο ρατσισμός, η ανοικτή πρακτική της απαγωγής και των βασανιστηρίων, όπως εξωφρενικά προκύπτει στο κέντρο βασανιστηρίων του Γκουαντανάμο και σε άλλες αμερικανικές στρατιωτικές βάσεις ανά τον κόσμο∙ όπως η στήριξη στην τρομοκρατία, οι βομβιστικές και στρατιωτικές επιθέσεις σε άλλες χώρες, είναι ένδειξη αυτού. Με αυτή την ανακοίνωση, το Υπουργείο Εξωτερικών των Ηνωμένων Πολιτειών της Αμερικής, ευκρινώς στηρίζει και παρακινεί τις δράσεις βίας και αποσταθεροποίησης κατά του λαού μας. Τέλος, η Κυβέρνηση της Μπολιβαριανής Δημοκρατίας της Βενεζουέλας επαναλαμβάνει την αταλάντευτη θέση της για τη διασφάλιση του σεβασμού στο Σύνταγμά μας και στις νομοθεσίες μας. Ομοίως, επιβεβαιώνει τη βούλησή της να εργαστεί για την ειρήνη και τη συνύπαρξη μεταξύ των λαών, σύμφωνα με τις αρχές του αμοιβαίου σεβασμού, της ανεξαρτησίας και της κυριαρχίας. REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA MINISTERIO DEL PODER POPULAR PARA RELACIONES EXTERIORES
COMUNICADO El Gobierno de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela rechaza categóricamente el comunicado injerencista emitido por el Departamento de Estado de los Estados Unidos de América, de fecha 11 de septiembre de 2014, en el cual se pretende desconocer a nuestras instituciones democráticas y los principios consagrados en la Constitución Nacional. Dichas declaraciones constituyen una intromisión inaceptable en los asuntos internos de nuestro país y reflejan la sostenida actitud de agresión contra el pueblo venezolano y el sistema profundamente democrático en el que éste se desarrolla. El mencionado comunicado está plagado de mentiras e imprecisiones que pretenden distorsionar ante la comunidad internacional la realidad de nuestro país. El Gobierno de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela es el único garante del respeto a los derechos y deberes de sus ciudadanos, y está en la obligación de proteger a nuestro pueblo de la violencia y de la intromisión internacional. Los principios más avanzados del respeto a los Derechos Humanos están consagrados en la Constitución de la República Bolivariana de
Venezuela y son un componente fundamental de la moral y la ética de nuestro pueblo. Resulta inaceptable que sea el Gobierno de los Estados Unidos de América, quien pretenda descalificar a nuestro Gobierno e instituciones profundamente democráticas. Es precisamente en Estados Unidos donde se violan de manera sistemática los derechos humanos de su población y de otros pueblos del mundo. La violencia permanente contra los inmigrantes, contra miles de niños centroamericanos, la discriminación hacia las minorías afrodescendientes, los crímenes impunes por la acción de los círculos de poder, como el caso del joven Michael Brown, el racismo, la práctica abierta del secuestro y la tortura, como ocurre escandalosamente en el centro de torturas de Guantánamo y otras instalaciones militares norteamericanas alrededor del mundo; así como el apoyo al terrorismo, los bombardeos y las agresiones militares en otros países, son muestra de esto.
Con este comunicado, el Departamento de Estado de los Estados Unidos de América, claramente soporta, y estimula las acciones de violencia y desestabilización contra nuestro pueblo. Finalmente, el Gobierno de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela reitera su posición inquebrantable de hacer respetar nuestra Constitución y leyes. Asimismo, reafirma su voluntad de trabajar por la paz y la convivencia entre los pueblos, basados en los principios de respeto mutuo, independencia y soberanía.

COMMUNIQUÉ
The Government of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela categorically rejects the meddling statements issued by the Department of State of the United States of America, on 11 September 2014, which pretend to disregard our democratic institutions, as well as the principles enshrined in the National Constitution. Such statements tantamount to unacceptable interference in the internal affairs of our country, and reflect the sustained assault to the Venezuelan people and the rooted democratic system that shapes our development. The above-mentioned statements are plagued with lies and imprecisions aimed at distorsioning the reality of our country before the international community. The Government of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela is solely responsible for guaranteeing the respect for the citizen's rights and duties, and for protecting our people from international violence and interference. The highest principles regarding respect for human rights are enshrined in the Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, and are fundamental to the moral and ethics of our people.
It is unacceptable that a country like the United States of America intends to discredit our Government and rooted democratic institutions. It is precisely in the United States where the human rights of its people and other peoples of the world are systematically violated. Permanent violence against immigrants and thousands of Central American children, discrimination against Afro-descendant minorities, impunity by power circles such as the case of Michael Brown, racism, openlypracticed kidnapping and torture as it happens outrageously in the Guantanamo torture center and other North American military facilities around the world, as well as support for terrorism, bombings and military aggressions in other countries, are some examples of this fact. Through its statements, the Department of State of the United States of America clearly supports and encourages the acts of violence and destabilization against our people. In conclusion, the Government of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela reiterates its unwavering position of ensuring respect for our Constitution and laws. Likewise, our Government reaffirms its willingness to work for peace and coexistence between our peoples, under the principles of mutual respect, independence and sovereignty.
