Creative Learning Guide 2015 Welcome to our new programme of Creative Learning opportunities. There is something for everyone in this exciting selection of courses and workshops so we hope you will be tempted to try something new as well as returning to familiar friends. Our new gallery is moving towards its target completion date. We hope to minimise any disruption and noise pollution so that you can enjoy your courses to the full. By the autumn there will be 3 beautiful new gallery spaces to enhance your enjoyment, offering you the opportunity to see some of the most interesting and exciting artists both locally and nationally.

Arts Award inspires young people aged 5 – 25 to develop their artistic talents and communication and leadership skills. It is creative, recognised and accessible, and can be achieved at five levels: Discover – an introductory award, and four accredited awards, Explore, Bronze, Silver and Gold (Gold carries 35 UCAS points). We deliver all levels of Arts Award through regular groups, specific projects, drop-in and summer schools. Our drop-in sessions run in 6 week blocks, with participants attending for the number of blocks they need to complete different levels of the awards. The singing is mainly in unison, with some simple part-singing, mainly learnt by ear, depending on the ability and number of participants. No musical knowledge necessary.

Bookings open Monday 16 February 10am We do not charge a booking fee, however you book.

Box office open 9.15am – 7pm, (closed Bank Holidays, 2 – 7 April). Basic materials are provided but there may be some additional costs on certain practical courses.
