hen caring for a loved one with memory loss,
share the journey with you, taking the time to get to know your loved one and your family, fostering a lasting relationship that provides support for everyone involved.
We join the journey of our residents by encouraging them to take whatever path they choose. We don’t correct them if they misremember a moment from their past or can’t remember what day it is. Your loved one has their own road to travel and we support them in exploring it fully.
Like memory care stations, activity kits are used to help facilitate conversations created for an avid traveler.
We make room for every member of the family! Most of our communities welcome pets. If the resident cannot care for the pet on their own, we can add assistance to the resident’s care plan to help with the animal’s care.
Resident life stories also help us create storyboards, which hang proudly with residents and engage them in conversations about their lives.

We support the families of our residents with support groups and family gatherings that allow them to share their loved one’s journey, and to connect with others so they can learn from each other’s experiences.
