Mission Statement:

Set on acres of beautifully landscaped grounds with a resident maintained garden, we are considered one of Willamette Valley’s premier senior living communities. Located a short drive from Detroit Lake and Silver Falls State Park, we are close to Highway 22 and 20 minutes east of Salem and I-5.

Our community offers 62 assisted living apartments on two floors and 12 retirement cottages.

We are passionately committed to making a difference in people’s lives by providing service of the highest quality and value in a supportive environment, promoting the health, independence and social interaction of seniors.

Our common areas include our lovely dining room, TV room, fireside library, Coca-Cola® room and a activity/craft room. We also offer a wide range of activities each month, including parties, hobbies, exercise programs, cultural enrichment programs and off-site excursions. We are conveniently located in a rural area, near grocery stores, restaurants, Santiam Community Park and Pioneer Park. In addition, several medical facilities are close by, including Santiam Memorial Hospital, Silverton Hospital and Salem Hospital if ever needed.

Once you decide to move in, you can stay right here in the same community, surrounded by familiar faces you’ve come to know and trust, even if your health needs change.

If you want to experience living at an Emeritus community before making a permanent move, or you’re being discharged from a hospital or nursing care facility and aren’t quite ready to go home, consider our short term stay program. You’ll receive the same services all residents enjoy– home-cooked meals, scheduled transportation, outstanding service and more. Taking advantage of our short term stay program is a great way to decide if our community suits your lifestyle and fits your needs!

Retirement Living Finally, you’ll have time to enjoy life and to trade your household chores for the joys of retirement living.
