Emeritus at Sandia Springs is conveniently located in a residential area, near Albertsons, Walmart, Walgreens, Wells Fargo Bank, Bank of America and numerous restaurants. Several medical facilities are also close by, including Lovelace Westside Hospital and a nursing home rehabilitation facility if ever needed.

To ensure we meet your needs, we use a state-of-the-art computerized assessment system, called the wE Care® Resident Evaluation Program. This helps us accurately evaluate and monitor assisted living services for each resident. In addition, our Director of Resident Care will visit with you on a regular basis to personally discuss healthrelated issues and to monitor your progress.
