Mission Statement:

Set on three acres with beautifully landscaped grounds high on the hill overlooking the Reno Valley, Emeritus at The Seasons offers spectacular views in every direction, from the lights of downtown Reno below to the Sierra Nevada Mountains beyond. Located just off I-80 in Northwest Reno, our community offers 92 apartments on three floors.

We are passionately committed to making a difference in people’s lives by providing service of the highest quality and value in a supportive environment, promoting the health, independence and social interaction of seniors.

Our common areas include our lovely dining room, TV room and library. We also offer a wide range of activities each month, including our Bridge Club and community outings to Lake Tahoe and Fleischmann’s Planetarium. We are located in a residential area with a major shopping center complete with banks, restaurants, many fine shops and stores within just one mile. Numerous city and county parks are within an easy 10-minute drive, and Lake Tahoe, along with several other large lakes, are no more than 40 minutes away. Several medical facilities are also close by, including four major hospitals and five rehabilitation hospitals if ever needed, just 10 minutes away.

Short-Stay

As we get older, many of us naturally need a helping hand – perhaps someone to help us get ready for the day, help manage our medications or prepare special meals.

Sometimes that’s all we need to live safely on our own.

If you want to experience living at an Emeritus community before making a permanent move, or you’re being discharged from a hospital or nursing care facility and aren’t quite ready to go home, consider our short term stay program. You’ll receive the same services all residents enjoy – home-cooked meals, scheduled transportation, outstanding service and more. Taking advantage of our short term stay program is a great way to decide if our community suits your lifestyle and fits your needs!

Our full range of assisted living services are designed to help you maintain your health, so you can live as independently as possible. Alzheimer’s and Dementia

Memories made for memories lost Our community offers an innovative program, called Join Their Journey®, for residents with Alzheimer’s or memory disorders. The premise of the program is simple: we create specially designed memory care neighborhoods that provide a personalized, familiar and secure setting tailored to each resident’s unique needs. Within this environment, our highly trained staff joins residents in their moment, rather than trying to bring them into our reality. Through this approach, we recognize individuality, encourage choices and help residents maintain their dignity.

To ensure we meet your needs, we use a state-of-the-art computerized assessment system, called the wE Care® Resident Evaluation Program. This helps us accurately evaluate and monitor assisted living services for each resident. In addition, our Director of Resident Care will visit with you on a regular basis to personally discuss health-related issues and to monitor your progress.
