odern lamenco
A TAFE project in which the task was to create a multi-dimenstional mood board and a prototype of modern wearable costume inspired by a certain ethnic culture. The wearable 3D floral headpiece was designed and created to effectively portray the Spanish Culture Flamenco. By utilizing feminine and bright coloured felt fabrics, the festiveness and elegance of flamenco style was greatly emphasized.

A major project made for Textiles and Design class. The playsuit with detachable overskirt was specifically designed to be worn by young women. It is a fashionable garment that is versatile and easily converting from day to night, as well as casual to upscale.

int reen Experimenting different ways to produce a pattern that can be applied in many styles of garments and exentuate the style of a garment. Using black fine liner pen, flowers and leaves were drawn onto the watercolour marks then digitise in Illustrator to create a repeat pattern.

I choose creating a sewing machine cover and mat made from patchwork. The endproduct consists of funtional and aesthetic features that can be useful for everyday use.

loral aze A school project made for Textiles and Design class during first semester of Year 11. The task was to design and create any type of bag whilst considering the functional and aesthetic features. A reversible tote bag with detachable strap (for cross-body or double up on shoulder) was produced to carry large items such as A3 sketchbook. The floral fabrics and lace were sewn together which gives sophistication to the end-product.

The theme of this TAFE project is ‘Domesticity’. The task was to produce a pattern than can be used for textiles and/ paper based production using original hand made drawn motifs. inspi As I was inspired by teacups and fruits, the two imagery were incorporated to depict the theme of home life.
