t The Southgate Studio, most of our glassware is hand blown, hand painted or hand fused glass. Many of the pieces are sourced in different parts of the UK as well as incorporating some continental items. We are influenced by good quality contemporary art glass pieces as well as some more traditional pieces such as Okra Glass. Quality is of utmost importance to us and each piece of our stock is carefully checked on arrival at the studio for any faults, we aim to provide the highest of standards for our customers. Our selection currently includes:LSA International Glass, Huafu, Craft Fusion, Hoyti Toyti, Okra Glass, Mo Mo Panache. Please note stock items may vary according to availability.

These currently include: Jewellery Trees, Bowls, Pestle and Mortars all hand made in Hornsea , East Yorkshire from various woods including Walnut , Cherry, Yew etc by Les Proctor. The Southgate Studio also stock hand crafted wooden pens and bowls all made in Middleton on the Wolds , East Yorkshire by John Pank. These hand crafted wooden gifts are all made from a wide variety of woods and even Antler! Celtic Tree Astrology Jigsaw Birthday Trees , is an unusual birthday gift with an element of fun! By From the Tree. Three dimensional wooden plaques made in Withernsea, East Yorkshire these can be made to order reproducing any required image in 3D. ere at The Southgate Studio we endeavour to source unusual and hand crafted pieces whenever we possibly can. This ensures that each piece is uniquely different and provides our customers with plenty of variety of choice. We change our stock as regularly as is possible and we source many of our items locally, often having been approached by artists directly. Colour, texture, organic shapes, and re-cycled materials all play a part when we make our selections. Also of utmost importance is to find quality products and where ever possible they are ecologically produced. he Southgate Studio in Hornsea stocks a beautiful range of sterling silver pieces and gold plated jewellery including 9ct gold pieces. Most of our jewellery is hand crafted by local jewellery designer Diane Higgins-Lee in Ferriby, East Yorkshire. Diane produces beautiful and imaginative pieces using genuine Venetian Murano Glass, Freshwater Pearls, Swarovski Crystal and Gems of all colours. These pieces are made using both gold and silver. We can take bespoke orders for jewellery made especially for you to your own design and colour scheme for that special occasion Our other ranges currently include: Sea Gems- silver pendants and ear rings. Studio– a range of silver pendants, ear rings and bracelets. Crystal Graffiti - beautiful Swarovski Crystal necklaces, ear rings and bracelets.
