Up to 25-axis through-feed bar automatic CNC machining line for milling, drilling, cutting, contouring and screwing reinforcements. In addition to the SBZ SL2 line, the SBZ SL3 includes the SBZ AS 2/2, the highly efficient automatic reinforcement screwing unit. Installed on the belt magazine that transfers the profiles from the SBZ SM module to the SBZ SF module, the SBZ AS 2/2 consists of a transverse beam on which four controlled torque pneumatic screwdrivers are mounted, which automatically tighten the reinforcement fastening screws, at a pitch defined by the control program. Therefore, unlike the SBZ SL2, the SBZ SF2 module does not have the double screwing unit dedicated to fastening the metal reinforcement to the PVC profile. Furthermore, the presence of two numerical controls guarantees the possibility of managing the reintegration of segments to be reproduced and the exit of those that do not require machining on the entire line.
