The new European standard of PVC window corner finishing quality has led someco to develop technologies to achieve aesthetic results in line with market demands, which can be used by both industrial window manufacturers and small/medium sized companies. Someco‘s technology adapts to the needs of each type of customer/manufacturer with an eye on investment, to achieve corner finishes without bead.

THE FUTURE OF WINDOWS IS HYBRID
New eco-sustainable architectural solutions have generated a new series of hybrid profiles combining different types of materials. Someco‘s solution based on the experience of Seamless® technology allows the production of windows with these new aluminium profiles with a PVC core, which will be increasingly present on the market. Both aluminium and PVC can be 100% recycled and therefore compatible with the new green economy.
The someco solution is also compatible with thermo-fibre profiles that guarantee a higher thermal performance and better resistance to weather agents.
Thanks to the someco system consisting of a contouring machine, welding machine and a series of modular counterblocks, there are no production limits for these new hybrid and ecological windows.
