KICKIN' CHILI THE PERFECT CHILI FOR YOUR HOLIDAY PARTY
2 1/2 lbs. of ground beef 1 large red onion, chopped & divided 4 tbsp minced garlic

3 large celery stalks, diced 1/4 cup of pickled jalapeno slices 6 oz can of tomato paste

14.5 oz can tomatoes & green chilies 14.5 oz can stewed tomatoes 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 4 tbsp chili powder

2 tbsp cumin 2 tsp of sea salt 1/2 tsp cayanne 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp oregano

Heat slow cooker on low setting.
In a large skillet, over medium heat, add ground beef, half of the onions, 2tbsp minced garlic, & salt/pepper. Once beef is browned, drain excess grease from pan. Transfer ground beef mixture to slow cooker. Add remaining onions, garlic, celery, jalapenos, tomato paste, tomatoes and chilis (with liquid), stewed tomatoes (with liquid), Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, cumin, salt, cayenne. garlic powder, inion powder, oregano, pepper, and bay leaf. Stir until all ingredients are well combined. Cook on low 6-8 hours.

TURKEY ZUCCHINI MEATBALLS THE PERFECT APPETIZER FOR YOUR DINNER PARTY
1 lb. ground turkey 1 cup shredded zucchini (lightly squeezed to remove some of the liquid) 1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning ½ tsp. garlic powder ½ tsp. onion powder ¼ tsp. crushed red pepper ½ tsp. sea salt ¼ tsp. black pepper

Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. Cover a baking sheet with parchment.

Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix with hands.

Form into 12 golf ball-sized meatballs and place on the baking sheet.

Bake for 16-18 minutes or until meatballs are cooked through and insides are no longer pink
