E- MANAGE, REAL-TIME PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM Emrill has developed e-manage, an innovative ‘RealTime’ Performance Management System that gives our clients, key suppliers and operational teams 24/7 real time performance reporting. E-manage is the first innovative system of its kind to be implemented extensively for use in the FM Industry in the region. Current operations can be observed on web based performance dashboards, accessed from anywhere in the world over a data or internet connection, providing a snapshot and high level interpretation of how well Emrill is managing the contract. This way clients benefit from greater transparency of operational performance against Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators.
