CustomerHELPDESK We operate a fully self delivered Customer Helpdesk, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our Helpdesk provide support to our customers ensuring that their needs are met related to raising a request, profile management, product information enquiries, and feedback & complaint management. The Helpdesk utilizes the Online Portals that handles the day-to-day job and customer accounts which enables efficient management and processing of requests in an instant.

OnlinePORTALS MPLUS+ is the first in the region to have online portals dedicated to each community across the UAE.
