write a letter to yourself. or keep a journal — whatever floats your boat. what are your hopes, dreams, and things you want to accomplish (ideal self)?

go on a digital detox. if we've learned anything from this issue, it's that there's a lot of issues that can arise from too much digital use. some of it is okay, but remember — your "self" comes first.
