Sage CRM De-dupe Wizard The CRM De-dupe Wizard is a built in system for CRM which allows interactive as well as batch mode de-duplication of CRM data. It also fixes various data segments which commonly accumulate erroneous areas where data has not been migrated properly into the system etc.

To create an efficient method of de-duplicating data, an algorithm has been designed around ranking the data in such way that a master and slave model can be achieved around duplicates. This allows for the most suitable candidate within the duplicates to become the master record and all other duplicates to be merged into this data.

There are a variety of settings that can be configured so that the balance of how the de-duplication factor runs can be adjusted according to the client’s data in question.

Main Menu allows for De-duplication at a Company and Person level, Data fixes within de-normalised Phone Numbers, and removal of redundant data within Phone Numbers. It also includes a general statistics option, which keeps check of your data duplication levels.

Sage CRM Log Wizard The CRM Log Wizard automates the use of the Log files in CRM whereby they can be automatically uploaded into the CRM system, and therein can be processed, analysed and reported on to give the User a detailed analysis of what issues may have been captured in these Log files. The wizard is capable of processing all types of Log files generated

by CRM. It has a number of features which we overview here.

Log Review Once Logs are in place, the User can use general review of the Logs, search and retrieve Log entries by time ranges, event actions, process and thread Ids.

Full reporting Full reporting can be generated from the Logs, so that it can be clearly shown where errors have occurred, by what thread process (i.e. potentially by what Users), what exact timeframe etc. Included in these reports, detailed charts are generated including Distributions of Errors over a time frame, categorised by error type Excessive Durations over a time frame, categorised by error type Cross Section of all Actions types, most common actions used in the system and by whom Pie Charts of breakdown of activities, and error types

Sage CRM Customisation Scanner The CRM Customisation Scanner generates a full audit of all Configurations and Customisations made for any given CRM installation. The interface generated breaks down each of the areas into logical categories which can be dynamically extended to show the detail as required. What the system actually returns can be decided by setting options of what areas of configuration the User is interested in. Additionally, the customisations returned can be filtered by various options of Date of when configuration change was made – this will include date range option Component tag the configuration was made under

Once the scan has been run, the various areas selected are displayed within Tabs.

Sage CRM Health Check The CRM Health Check allows an Administrator to check all performance metrics for a given CRM system. Over time, a Sage CRM database will have multiple data uploads, various backups and repairs and a standard process of maintenance which may or may not degrade the performance of the database and introduced anomalies in the integrity of the database. The CRM Heath Check covers all areas which may have degraded, it detects and fixes all problems for review and analysis.

Sage CRM Data Migration Wizard The CRM Data Import Wizard allows for a very user friendly way of setting up import routines of data from other 3rd party systems including data from other CRM installations. Moving data is becoming increasingly prevalent for long time users of CRM for consolidating and moving CRM systems from point to point.

There is the facility to add mapping scripts which will allow the import of data from a number of pre-packaged applications including Sage CRM, ACT!, Goldmine, Microsoft CRM etc. Most importantly, you can also create your own custom mapping templates for import from other bespoke applications.

The CRM Data Import Wizard allows for very User Friendly way of setting up import routines of data from other 3rd party systems into the CRM system is installed on.
