When a property is deemed to be build complete each Careys new home will be quality checked by the site managers and sales advisors. Once the property is passed as ready for occupation the customer is invited to a pre-occupation inspection and home tour to gain a full insight into the workings of their new home. On completion day our site and sales staff will be in attendance to ensure a smooth handover.
Although every effort is made to ensure the property is completed to the highest standard we are aware that errors occur.
