This month the energies are supporting us to release our co-dependent relationships and habits. We are encouraged by the Guides to create a healthy interdependence instead. The card also recommends using the crystal Sugilite to invoke spiritual empowerment.

For some of us the message from the Guides is to move away from needing to “people please” and to learn and practice honouring your higher self. Some of you are people pleasing in order to feel worthy, validated and needed. The downside is that you are also feeling resentful for all that you are doing for others when you don’t feel you are being appreciated or valued. The Guides invite you to only do things that you can do from a place of no expectation of any sorts in return. Living from a place of no expectation can result in more peace for you.

For some of you, the message is to recognize your co-dependency to needing/wanting others to make you happy, feel loved or give you attention. They encourage you to make time to develop ways to create happiness, love and attention to self. This can lead you to learn how to tap into your own inner power, which can provide you with all of the above all day, any day.

The Guides wish to remind you that we are all in possession of Divine Power. Part of the purpose of life is to find joyful ways to connect to yours.
