Essential Oils to Cool Down

The following oils have amazing properties that help in calming, relaxing and cooling us down on all levels, not just physical. Included are a few ways to use them.

Apply it with a carrier oil to different areas on your skin, such as the top of your head, temples, back of the neck or wrists. Add a few drops to your body wash or use a body wash with the oil/s in it.

Add a few drops to your bath or a diffuser. Make a room and/or body spray with filtered water, a few drops of the oil/s and anything else you desire.

Use during meditation or times of stress - inhale the aroma through deep, steady breaths.
