EQUIPMENT FOR PRE-TENSIONING WIRE ROPE REINFORCEMENT AND REINFORCEMENT RODS TENSIONING JACKS FOR MONO STRAND (WIRE ROPE REINFORCMENT), NOMINAL PRESSURE 70 MPa, HYDRAULIC STROKE RETURN «EVOLUTION» SERIES Tensioning jack is designed as a jack with hollow rod, hydraulic return with front position of 3-segment wedge for strand capture when tensioning, so strand detwisting is impossible at the loading moment (there is no necessity in the special device to prevent jack’s body turning, and there is no need to use strand longer then the tensioning jack). The jack is equipped by safety valve. Tensioning jack is equipped by 2 hoses 500 mm length each, half quick coupler in order to connect with pumping unit by high pressure hose of required length. TENSIONING JACKS FOR MULTI STRAND (WIRE ROPE REINFORCMENT) «EVOLUTION» Series Designed for tensioning multi-strand, designed as hydraulic jack with a jack with hollow plunger with hydraulic return Nominal pressure 70 MPa. While order please specify diameter of pre-tensioned strand 12,5; 15,2; 15,7 mm. «Evolution» series jacks advantages: safety valve$ front capture of strands gives a possibility to use short tensioned strands and to save cost of strands, besides it makes strand detwisting impossible at the loading moment (there is no necessity in the special device to prevent jack’s body turning); automatic anchor press-fitting by means of special hydraulic circuit application; space-saving dimensions, maintenance convenience (strand fitting, wedges cleaning). There is a cross bar with possibility of jack turning around longitudinal axis for jack mounting and transportation. Basic kit of multi strand tensioning jack has appropriate power module and replaceable units for tensioning required quantity of strands (according to technical features table). STRAND FORCING MACHINES STRAND FORCING MACHINE ППК3300/ГП-К The strand forcing machine ППК3300/ГП-К is designed for forcing stands of 12,5; 15,2; 15,7 mm diameter in prestressing systems: into sheaths of up to 150m length (bonded strand) and for laying unbounded coated strands (for laying polyethylene covered strand). Uncoiler The machine ППК3300/ГП includes two driven rollers, connected with each other by belt, one of them - the leading roller - is driven by hydraulic motor. While supplying hydraulic oil to cylinders and to hydraulic motor the strand is pressed to the driven rollers by the pressing rollers. The driven rollers provides linear movement of strand – forcing. Guiding rollers and pipes (at the input to the box and output from the box) provide exact positioning of the strand. Pressing force of cylinders can be adjusted. Speed of forcing is adjusted by flow rate throttle . Strand reverse (for covered strand) is switched by positioning the valve handle into “Reverse”. STRAND FORCING MACHINE ППК3300 The strand forcing machine ППК3300 is designed for forcing strand of up to 250m length into sheath in concrete-bonding pre-tensioning system. The machine control is done by means of control panel on the machine, it lets adjust length of strand, maximum speed and maximum force of pushing. The machine includes body, gear motor, crank mechanism, movable and immovable carriages with strand guiding device and wedges with 3-wedge parts, receiving roller, digital counter-timer with sensor control. The machine can be applied for strand of 12,5 mm or 15,2/15,7 mm diameter, equipped by the appropriate wedge. TENSIONING JACKS FOR REINFORCMENT RODS Special hydraulic jacks can be used for tensioning reinforcement rods (plain, periodic profile, screw (threaded) profile); wire reinforcement single or multiple. Hollow plunger jack includes reinforcement grips with changeable nuts. Jack adjusting is done by remote control of a special power pump. According to the application jacks can be divided into 3 groups: a) for tensioning single wire reinforcement up to 8 mm diameter; for tensioning plain reinforcement rods or rods of periodic profile of up to 18 mm diameter, which are fixed by special anchor; b) for tensioning multiple wire reinforcement, simultaneous tensioning 3-40 wires, fixed by wedge anchor c) for tensioning reinforcement rods of screw profile of 18-75 mm diameter. There are two plungers in the jacks: for tensioning rods and for crimping rods in anchors after tensioning.

Tensioning jack with changeable nuts is designed for tensioning rods of screw profile. Tensioning nut, anchor nut and joining sleeve are supplied upon request.
