When we started creating our backyard paradise, we had one goal in mind, to create a space for our whole family to enjoy for years to come. Our plans took years to create and we still have more ideas. We have built things as we can afford them and most everything was done by us with the help of friends and family.

We knew what we could do and what we needed to outsource. This kept our costs down and our plans on track.

We always consider function first. It does not matter how great our outdoor space looks if it does not function for our family’s needs.

Carefully plan your outdoor space, even if you can only do one project at a time. With this mindset, we have created an every growing vacation space right in our backyard.
