The advantages of renting are many but probably the most important factor for our clients is that whilst renting they have the chance to live in and research at first hand the areas where they want to buy. Decision making is dependent on location, quality and the day to day experience of living in a type of property and particular area. Furthermore, changes to the Spanish rental laws in the 1990’s mean that rental clients now have a choice of different contract terms and are not necessarily obliged to extend their rental contract beyond the initial agreed rental period.
