With this desire to always offer our customers the very best, we inaugurated our completely refurbished premium FBO facilities in 2022 to make our customer experience as comfortable as possible. We have an area designated to our operations, three passenger VIP lounges, one crew lounge with all the necessary equipment and work areas, one conference room and a private rest/sleep room. Customers have everything they need and can take in top quality contemporary art, making the place feel like an art gallery. We also provide Wi-Fi, toilets, showers and much more.

The demand for real estate investments in Mallorca has been steadily increasing in recent years. Not only residential properties are of great interest, but also commercial properties are in great demand. For this reason, Engel & Völkers set up its own sales department in Palma in 2020, which is dedicated especially to small and large investors and specialises in the sale, transfer and rental of investments in Mallorca. In this context, the core competencies of Engel & Völkers Mallorca Commercial are of particular importance. Most of our portfolio consists of properties that are not officially marketed, so we work very closely and dedicatedly with our clients to find out what they are looking for and offer them what best suits their interests. Llucmajor is the largest community of the island and is very close to Palma and the Airport.
