More than 27 years ago, The Viehman Group published the first Jackson Hole Report to provide the critical, specialized market analysis our clients need. The Jackson Hole Report remains the definitive source on real estate in this region today, regularly cited in national publications. It is published semi-annually with additional email updates for the first and third quarters.

WHY READ THE JACKSON HOLE REPORT?

While other Realtors attempt to report on the Jackson market with MLS statistics only, the Jackson Hole Report tracks every single transaction in Teton County. Consider, for instance, in 2021: only 59% of sales prices valley-wide have been reported to MLS.

By contrast, The Jackson Hole Report logs information on each and every sale daily. They track down the other sales by looking at the deeds recorded with the county. Then, compile all that data to formulate statistics and take an indepth look at the current trends.

Wyoming reigns as one of America’s most wealth and tax-friendly states.

1. No personal or corporate income tax.

2. In Wyoming, you can shield your real estate from federal estate taxes for up to 1,000 years through a dynasty trust for the benefit of your family or other beneficiaries.
