Our story began in Hamburg, Germany in 1977 with the founding of the privately owned Engel

& Völkers franchise by Christian Völkers who remains at the head of our global operations. The

Engel & Völkers Westlake Village was founded in April of 2012 as a full-service luxury real estate

organization with a diversified team of highly competent and knowledgeable professionals

servicing Westlake Village, Lake Sherwood, Hidden Valley, Thousand Oaks, Hidden Hills, Calabasas, Woodland Hills, Malibu, Agoura Hills, Oak Park, and more. We continued to expand our reach and grow our network as we opened shops in Calabasas and Channel Islands at the end of 2018.

GG CLUB GG Club is a turnkey solution that allows all advisors in the United States to automatically market to their clients by sending them eight issues of customized GG magazines over a twoyear period, alongside an optional cover letter. Our hope is this helps you to continue to do what you do best in servicing home buyers and sellers with the highest quality experiences.

The program is designed to be a “set it and forget it” tool that allows advisors to stay in touch with clients automatically.
