Thousand Oaks Pop-Up Arts & Music Fest Through July 1

The festival features “pop-up” public performances at various locations throughout Thousand Oaks. The goal of the festival is to provide residents with an opportunity to actively participate in and enjoy the arts without having to come to the theatre.
