The Craft iln is situated on the site of a historic lime kiln and plays host to a wealth of Cornish arts and crafts. It is staffed and managed by a group of artists and crafters, working together to showcase a diverse range of Cornish inspired products. There is a wide range of handmade items to browse and purchase, from jewellery, framed prints, cards, te tiles and ceramics, to fused and stained glass, soaps, skincare products, candles, felt work, driftwood pieces, wood turned work and much more! o, if you are looking for that inspired handmade gift, why not pop in and meet a maker ver at Cscape Art, you’ll meet artist arah lakey, whose paintings depict local coastal life and scenes from the industrial history of the area, in her own uni ue style. Alongside, you can view ick lakey's photographs of Cornwall which are atmospheric and thought provoking. rowsing the many originals, prints and cards available at this attractive gallery is a very happy pastime.

Within ail oft mporium you’ll discover an e tensive range of beautiful decorative items and glamorous jewellery, with more historic and poignant pieces found in two militaria cabinets. All three branches of the ritish Armed orces are represented and e uipment used by each is held whenever possible, showcasing a range of regimental cap badges, comprising of mainly brass e amples from WWII or earlier. ou’ll also fi nd medals and sweetheart brooches, as well as popular Trench Art, which was usually fashioned from spent shell cases. ore modern military fi gures and models are stocked, as is a broad range of publications. Items are intended to appeal to those with a casual interest in military history along with the more avid militaria collector.
