n November of 1987, James Weire started a small hardware store at 37 S. Main St., Manchester, after purchasing an old Turkey Hill building. Weire started with two employees, and in 1993, he purchased the store’s current location, known to locals as “Fun Bowl,� at 4335 N. George St., Manchester. Manchester Hardware now has 16 employees.
