Breakfast With Santa " Photos by Philip Gergis and Junnelle Maala

Participating with Kiwanis to feed people was a great experience. They were really thankful and I was fed as well. We helped pass out food and serve drinks.

Trick or Treat for UNICEF This fundraiser was really easy because all you had to was either ask people for spare change or give your own spare change. It also got people really interested in what we were doing being people were curious about our boxes. On this box alone Philip Gergis raised $33 worth of coins.

Celebration of Lights Parade The parade was a lot of fun we guided the performers to the correct direction. And also got to enjoy the parade with everyone else. Being part of the parade and doing it with my friends was the best part of this event.

Future Fundraisers/ Trips

Coupon Fundraiser Our club is having a coupon fundraiser in which members are given coupon sheets to sell for $10 each, and our club gets $5 for each sheet we sell. For every 7 sheets a member sells they get their very own coupon sheet to use for free! Furthermore, for every 3 you sell you get to lower your hour requirement for trips by 1 hour! Also, if we raise $150 from this fundraiser (as well as $150 for Trick or Treat for UNICEF) our club will have a pizza party! Since our club uses money to go on trips, such as the Santa Cruz trip we hope to go to at the end of the year, we need members to raise money by selling these sheets! The coupons and money

Division Fundraisers " Ice Skate for ELIMINATE Modesto on Ice is allowing our division to have an Ice Skate for ELIMINATE in which out of the $12 members pay to ice skate 20% ($2.40) is donated to the ELIMINATE Project. The day of the event is December 12th at Modesto on Ice from 7pm to 8:30pm and when you go to the booth you must have ordered your ticket before hand, have a waiver, and mention you're with Key Club! Also, this event is open to people who aren't apart of Key Club, but they to must mention Key Club to ensure 20% is donated to charity! 16

Santa Cruz Trip Our club hopes on having an end of the year trip to Santa Cruz to have a small beach cleanup and then afterwards spend the rest of our time on the boardwalk! What we plan is to first have a beach cleanup for about an hour, and then afterwards members are allowed to do whatever they please for the rest of the time! However, to have this trip our club must be very active or else we will not be allowed to go, so make sure to participate in service events and fundraisers to ensure that we are active enough of a club so they school can permit us to go! Also, we hope for our club to pay for the transportation but to do that we will have to raise a lot of money for our club so make sure to do that as well (on the contrary tickets for the boardwalk must be paid by members themselves). To go on this trip you must have met an hour requirement of 20 service hours (that must you must have gotten since October 22nd) by March 31st, and you can lower your hour requirement by a maximum of 10 hours by raising money through fundraisers (check

Spirit •Talked about getting spirit gear for Enochs. •Also you can turn in designs if you can design and we will probably use them on buttons or our gear.

Committees We started committee this year because it will keep our club more organized and it allows for everyone to get involved with Key Club. It also reminds us that we need both Spirit and Events to have a balanced club.
