I am a Moderator at the EQ4Africa Conference 2020. Organisational Vitality: Thriving After COVID-19. LeRoy is a business professional with a diverse understanding of commerce and leadership gained through experience across a variety of industries and geographies. LeRoy is responsible for enabling and supporting all the client facing business units within the Group. Committed to making a meaningful contribution to the success of the African continent, LeRoy has experience operating at Board level in five different countries and has been a member of the Institute of Directors (Southern Africa) since 2010.
