AIESEC is a global platform for young people to explore and develop their humankind potential. We are a non-political, independent, not-for-profit organization run by youth and recent graduates of institutions of higher education. Its members are interested in world issues, leadership, and management. AIESEC does not discriminate on the basis of ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or national/social origin. AIESEC in UIN Jakarta, which is under AIESEC in Indonesia, continues to strive to contribute to Sustainable Development Goals especially in South Tangerang through various SDG-based social projects and accommodate the aspirations of youth regarding the closest social issues and provide space development.
In 2016, AIESEC in UIN Jakarta has established to empower youth leaders as the local chapter under AIESEC Indonesia. AIESEC in UIN Jakarta has its own purpose to be the enabler of growth towards South Tangerang and with that vision we are able to engage 150+ youth as our members, deliver global practical experience for 80+ youth, and develop purposeful partnership with 80+ partners. With those accomplishments, we are committed to reach more people to be able to feel the impact that AIESEC creates by emphasizing on inclusivity. Our journey is far from the satisfaction of fulfilling our goals, which the goals in fact are continuity and infinite. Therefore, I, Syafa Nandita, as the President of AIESEC in UIN Jakarta 23.24, lead the members and the organization to have a mutual understanding of fulfillment of humankind’s potential in South Tangerang, including making our organization bigger, better, and stronger. As a good legacy that our alumni have given, we aspire to make AIESEC in UIN Jakarta as the home for the members or youth surround.
Onboarding is an internal welcoming event for all new members of AIESEC in UIN Jakarta, consisting of an Induction and a Welcoming Party. Onboarding starts with the Induction on February 10th, 2023, located at the Main Hall 1 of Campus 1 UIN Jakarta, which provides basic knowledge about AIESEC and the soft skills needed for the upcoming year. Then, the second day continues online on February 11th, 2023 through a Zoom Meeting. The event series concludes with the Welcoming Party held on February 11th, 2023, through a Zoom Meeting, with some games played via Zoom Meeting as a celebration of the new members' arrival.
Hasta La Vista & Debrief this is the final session of the Local Project activities. This activity is a farewell party for all participants of Local Project Green Lantern 4.0 and Global Youthpreneur 7.0. In addition, during this activity, a debrief will also be conducted, which is the completion of a survey by the participants about the Local Project that has been carried out.
FGL has done all of the project audits for Global Youthpreneur 7.0, Green Lantern 4.0, and AIESEC Future Leaders Winter Peak 2022.
FGL has conducted Project Induction, collected Document Submissions, and provided a Project Hearing space for AIESEC Future Leaders Summer Peak 2023. FGL has sent all of the invoices needed regarding AFL Summer Peak 2023 and National Conferences.
We've successfully submitted the Pre-Audit Documents on time. Some of the functionals also conducted Working Hour Offline for completing the Internal Audit Checklist. Very helpful! The Internal Audit Simulations are also done smoothly and well coordinated with the help of our LCP. Finally, we've submitted the Internal Audit checklist on time to IAC!
In AIESEC, we always refresh our Local Compendium, Internal Policy, and Standard of Procedure every 6 months. We held a Local Legislative Fair to discuss and review the policies that we want to refresh. And then, we continue our discussion in the Local Legislative Meeting to legalize our new policies, we also raise a few of our new Full Members!
OCP Recruitment is an activity to recruit several candidates who have the potential to become the Organizing Committee President for this year's Local Project Summer.
International KKN Program with AIESEC is one of the selected programs of Independent International KKN which is carried out through the Global Volunteer program at AIESEC. On 28 February, AIESEC in Indonesia and AIESEC in UIN Jakarta held a meeting to legalize the agreement for KKN International with AIESEC.
AFL UIN Jakarta Summer Peak 2023 is now open for registration starting from 16 February to 3 April 2023. I can't wait for rocketing skillful ownership and going beyond the galaxy with future leaders!
AFL UIN Jakarta Summer Peak 2023 carries the theme "Rocketing Skillful Ownership and Go Beyond The Galaxy" where later the participants will get skills development sessions such as problem-solving, critical and analytical thinking, creativity, design thinking, project management, personal branding, proposals creation, and pitching packed with adventures into outer space. This time the AFL will run from 8 April to 8 July 2023.
