AIESEC is a global platform for young people to explore and develop their humankind potential. We are a non-political, independent, not-for-profit organization run by youth and recent graduates of institutions of higher education. Its members are interested in world issues, leadership, and management. AIESEC does not discriminate on the basis of ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion or national/social origin. AIESEC in UIN Jakarta, which is under AIESEC in Indonesia, continues to strive to contribute to Sustainable Development Goals especially in South Tangerang through various SDG based social projects and accommodate the aspirations of youth regarding the closest social issues and provide space development.
GREETINGS FROM OUR LCP
In 2016. AIESEC in UIN Jakarta has established as one of local chapter under AIESEC in Indonesia and one of our goals is to be the enabler of growth towards South Tangerang. Since then. we have managed to send more than 80 young people abroad. developed more than 100 young people in o membership.
Purposefully engaged more than 80 partners. conducted seven social projects in South Tangerang. and seven workshops and seminars. Those milestones and accomplishments are our commitment to work towards our goalas but we still have so many things to do to achieve it. I Zulfa Nabilah Khairunnisa, as the president elected of AIESEC in UIN Jakarta for the term 2022. Im ready to continue to fight for our goals and continue the legacy that my predecessor have in order to bring AIESEC in UIN Jakarta to be bigger, better and stronger. With the guidance from Board of Advisor and Beneficial collaboration with partners. I'm optimistic that we will bring AIESEC in UIN Jakarta as one of the leadership movements towards fullfilment of humankind's potential.
CAREER TALK X Ula
On November 5 2022, the third Career Talk 3.0 x Ula was held by raising "Go Beyond With Your True Career Formation". This time's theme aims to advance the improvement of the quality of human resources through apprenticeship programs that will help hone skills and provide youth with provisions in the world of work for a better future. This event was also attended by 2 international speakers, from Japan and Vietnam. Career Talk 3.0 was attended by more than 150+ participants from Indonesia who were enthusiastic about preparing for their careers.
Weekly Meeting Green Lantern OC 4.0 and Global Youthpreneur OC 7.0
The OC Green Lantern 4.0 and OC Global Youthpreneur 7.0 weekly meeting was also held to provide updates on what each role had done in preparation for the realization of the local project on 9 January 9 February 2023
International Internship
International Internship is the 3 programs that runs by AIESEC in UIN Jakarta, that develop youths through leadership and internship programs.
Global Talent is an internship program for young people that divided into some fields of work, such as Marketing, Business Development, and many more. This program will provide you professional work abroad experience, while there is a Virtual Professional Program (VPP) that will provide you the same experience with Global Talent but remotely.
Global Teacher is a teaching opportunity abroad for young people who seek to develop their leadership skill, competencies, and boost their career opportunities.
With these opportunities, you can apply your skills and knowledge in a practical and challenging new environment.

LOCCON Preparation
After two years holding an online LOCCON with all facilitators engaging and actively online, AIESEC in UIN had the first LOCCON after the pandemic. This event is one of the biggest events for Talent Management. As the organizer and biggest event for our LC, we need to have a good and sustained preparation for it. Starting with building an internal organizing committee from Talent Management functional, and open recruiting external members to join our organizing commitee.
Taking all the preparation seriously within 2 months, making sure of the agenda, ensuring all the logistic and financial status, and also the hype or excitement from the delegates is our priority. Hoping that all the struggles, hard time, and missed communication could bring a good satisfaction for our delegates ! We’re ready to build
