ABOUT US AIESEC is a global platform for young people to explore and develop their leadership potential. We are a non-political, independent, not-for-profit organization run by students and recent graduates of institutions of higher education. Its members are interested in world issues, leadership, and management. AIESEC does not discriminate on the basis of ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or national/social origin. AIESEC in UIN Jakarta, which is under AIESEC Indonesia, continues to strive to contribute to Sustainable Development Goals especially in South Tangerang through various SDG-based social projects and accommodate the aspirations of youth regarding the closest social issues and provide space for youth leadership development.

Local Committee President of AIESEC in UIN Jakarta
In 2016, AIESEC in UIN Jakarta has established as one of local chapter under AIESEC in Indonesia and one of our goals is to be the enabler of growth towards south Tangerang. Since then, we have managed to send more than 80 young people abroad, developed more than 100 young people in our membership, purposefully engaged more than 80 partners, conducted seven social projects in South Tangerang, and seven workshops and seminars.
Those milestones and accomplishments are our commitment to work towards our goals but we still have so many things to do to achieve it. I, Zulfa Nabilah Khairunnisa, as the president elected of AIESEC in UIN Jakarta for the term 2022, I’m ready to continue to fight for our goals and continue the legacy that my predecessor have in order to bring AIESEC in UIN Jakarta to be bigger, better and stronger. With the guidance from Board of Advisor and beneficial collaboration with partners, I’m optimistic that we will bring AIESEC in UIN Jakarta as one of the leadership movements towards fulfillment of humankind’s potential.
LOCAL SUMMIT GOLD 2.0: GALA OF LEADERSHIP
AIESEC in UIN Jakarta has to conduct Local summit GOLD 2.0 with the objective shape delegates' leadership quality and style through enhancing their self-development, sense of belonging, and taking an action to lead the change as representing A2025. The summit was attended by 70+ members of current members and also organizing committee from Local Project. We bring a theme of metaverse, focusing on how we can make AIESEC in UIN Jakarta a better home and place to develop the youth in our surroundings.
LOCAL INTERNSHIP INFO SESSION
On April 2, 2022, the Outgoing Exchange Department held a webinar theme “Career Booster: Optimize Your Privilege.” Presented by more than 40 members of AIESEC, this event has succeeded in educating the participants about internships and providing opportunities to get internship programs. In addition, through this event, the Outgoing Exchange Department also disseminated its special program, namely Local Internship.
OGX VISIT
To strengthen inter-departmental relations, the Outgoing Exchange (oGX) held visits to all departments at AIESEC in UIN Jakarta. Entitled “Takjils,” this activity was carried out as a substitute for ngabuburit activities during Ramadhan as well as introducing the Outgoing Exchange department to members of other departments.
AIESEC FUTURE LEADERS
AIESEC Future Leaders by AIESEC in UIN Jakarta is back bringing the unique theme of "Treasure Seeker Adventure". This program was held for 3 months and wants the participants to act as treasure hunters embarking on the adventure to find lost treasure. This program consists of skill development sessions where participants can get coaching for soft & hard skills listed in the AFL curriculum. The first Bi-Weekly on April 9, 2022. The session was about the core competence of Emotional Intelligence and the application of Design Thinking in the Empathize and Define phase.
On April 16, 2022, the agenda was a networking space in collaboration with AIESEC in UNHAS to establish relationships between each respective delegate and get to know each other's culture between LCs through the introduction of everyday culture from Jakarta and Makassar. The second Bi-Weekly on April 23, 2022, the session was about the importance of critical thinking skills.
IMPACT CIRCLE 4.0
Impact Circle in collaboration with Filantra by AIESEC in UIN Jakarta is back bringing the theme of "Biotopia: Embody the Ideal Future of Earth and Live in a Less-plastic World". The live webinar which was held on Saturday, April 23, 2021, raised the issue based on SDG number 13, to raise awareness about plastic waste issues, have a better understanding of plastic waste management, and sustainable lifestyle.
This event was attended by 116 attendees and donations received was donated were allocated to buy trash bins to be placed in Situ Gintung, one of the tourist attractions in the South Tangerang area.
