ABOUT US
AIESEC is a global platform for young people to explore and develop their leadership potential. We are a non-political, independent, not-for-profit organization run by students and recent graduates of institutions of higher education. Its members are interested in world issues, leadership, and management. AIESEC does not discriminate on the basis of ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or national/social origin. AIESEC in UIN Jakarta, which is under AIESEC Indonesia, continues to strive to contribute to Sustainable Development Goals especially South Tangerang through various SDG-based social projects and accommodate the aspirations of youth regarding the closest social issues and provide space for youth leadership development.

Local Committee President of AIESEC in UIN Jakarta
In 2016, AIESEC in UIN Jakarta has established as one of local chapter under AIESEC in Indonesia and one of our goals is to be the enabler of growth towards south Tangerang. Since then, we have managed to send more than 80 young people abroad, developed more than 100 young people in our membership, purposefully engaged more than 80 partners, conducted seven social projects in South Tangerang, and seven workshops and seminars.
Those milestones and accomplishments are our commitment to work towards our goals but we still have so many things to do to achieve it. I, Zulfa Nabilah Khairunnisa, as the president elected of AIESEC in UIN Jakarta for the term 2022, I’m ready to continue to fight for our goals and continue the legacy that my predecessor have in order to bring AIESEC in UIN Jakarta to be bigger, better and stronger. With the guidance from Board of Advisor and beneficial collaboration with partners, I’m optimistic that we will bring AIESEC in UIN Jakarta as one of the leadership movements towards fulfillment of humankind’s potential.
OC FAREWELL PARTY
OC (Organizing Committee) Farewell Party is an activity carried out by the Partner Engagement Initiatives functional to celebrate the completion of the Local Project event and the end of the Local Project winter peak organizing committee period. The event was held after the committee successfully carried out audits for both Global Youthpreneur 5.0 and Global Healer 4.0 events
OC RECRUITMENT
OC (Organizing Committee) Recruitment is an activity carried out to find and recruit suitable youth who have a high willingness to develop their potential while creating and running Local Project-KKN projects. This activity is divided into two processes, namely, file collection and interview. All OCs consist of students from the 2020-2021 class and come from various majors at the UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta.
OC INDUCTION
OC (Organizing Committee) Induction is one of the activities carried out by the Partner Engagement Initiatives functional at AIESEC In UIN Jakarta to provide knowledge and prepare the OC to create and run projects implemented by AIESEC In UIN Jakarta, namely Local Project-KKN consisting of Bright Future focusing on SDGs number 2 and Global Youthpreneur 6.0 which focuses on SDGs number 8. The event which was held for two days also presented several speakers from other divisions, such as FGL (Finance, Government, and Legality) and TM (Talent Management).
VPP
This March, AIESEC in UIN Jakarta is proud to announce that we have opened a new program, namely, Virtual Professional Program (VPP). The Virtual Professional Program is an internship program that is carried out completely virtually for 4-12 weeks in the fields of business administration, business development, marketing, finance and IT. This program aims to develop leadership skills, competencies, and increase future career opportunities. VPP is a sub-program of International Internship.
COMING SOON Impact Circle by AIESEC in UIN Jakarta
Impact Circle is a platform from AIESEC in Indonesia network to define and create an experience for youth with an unlimited source of topics and partnerships that align with SDGs and its implementation in Indonesia. It is not for promoting our products, but instead, it is the platform to validate the leadership experience we deliver from our products.
