About Us
AIESEC is a global platform for young people to explore and develop their humankind potential. We are a nonpolitical, independent, not-for-profit organization run by youth and recent graduates of institutions of higher education. Its members are interested in world issues, leadership, and management. AIESEC does not discriminate based on ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or national/social origin. AIESEC in UIN Jakarta, which is under AIESEC Indonesia, continues to strive to contribute to Sustainable Development Goals especially in South Tangerang through various SDG-based social projects and accommodate the aspirations of youth regarding the closest social issues and provide space for youth leadership development.

Local Committee President of AIESEC in UIN Jakarta
AIESEC is a global youth-led organization that believes as youth is a key to unlocking a better future and leadership as the fundamental solution. Being local Committee President of AIESEC in UIN Jakarta 2021 is a big responsibility for the growth of these organizations to become bigger, better, and stronger.
Thus, I believe that from our membership, contribution, support, environment, and stakeholders, it could be the opportunity for us to develop our potency as the enabler of growth towards South Tangerang. I hope that AIESEC in UIN Jakarta could also be the platform for people around South Tangerang to see the big picture of the world by delivering cross-cultural understanding. Therefore, AIESEC in UIN Jakarta still has many things to do, starting from a belief towards the organization's values and taking clear action steps to spread an impact towards South Tangerang.

Hoyy! Did you know that AIESEC has an international internship and teaching program? If you don't know it already, here! I'll give you some information about it! First, Global Talent. What is Global Talent? Global Talent is an internship experience for young people aiming towards professional career development in a global setting and lasts for 6 - 8 Weeks or 9 - 78 weeks. Second, the Global Teacher opportunity through AIESEC is a chance to develop leadership through a Teaching experience abroad from 9 to 78 weeks. The third is OLI. What's OLI? OLI stands for Outgoing Local Internship. Outgoing Local Internship AIESEC in Indonesia is a substitutive program in the form of 4-26 weeks of working experience that aims to make the AIESEC internship program more accessible to both youth and company around Indonesia by providing internship activities with an expected output higher chance for both sides hired and hiring best quality of talent.

Apply your skills and knowledge in a practical environment. International Exposure - Experience working in new cultures and industries. Develop your Leadership (our programs can help you improve the following leadership qualities: SelfAware, World Citizen, Empowering others, Solution-Oriented). Receive AIESEC Support for Selection (Assistance with your application to opportunities and selection process). Receive AIESEC Support after Selection (Visa support, help in finding and providing accommodation, assisting during first-day work). Depending on the opportunity, we will receive either a salary to cover your costs or be provided with accommodation for the duration of your experience abroad.

KKN DR x Local Project
Did you know that the KKN DR x Local Project has an amazing journey? The project is divided into two sections, which are Global Youthpreneur 4.0 and Bright Future. The focus of Local Project was impact based on SDGs number 4, "Quality Education" and number 8, "Decent Work and Economic Growth."

This event was realized on July 16th - August 18th after a long journey from May as the preparation phase.
What We Have Done?
Our first project, Global Youthpreneur 4.0 is a project which focuses on developing SMEs and empowers youth to become entrepreneurs. In this event, we collaborate with 7 experts, 8 SMEs, and 200+ students, and 500+ youth by conducting activities like Coaching Clinic, Develop SME, Youthpreneur Talk for School, Youthpreneur Goes to School, Handycraft Goes to School, Global Cultural Day, etc.
What's Next? Our second project, Bright Future is a project that aims to increase quality education in several sectors, students, schools, and communities. In this event, we collaborate with 6 experts, 200+ students, 6 communities, and 335+ youth to hold and activities like Bright Edu, Bright Teacher, Bright Student, Youth for Bright, Global Cultural Day, etc.

AIESEC Future Leaders Preparation Have you ever thought about how to be a good leader? \ we should do?? What is the first step If you're still confused, here's the answer! let's join AFL. The meaning of AFL is AIESEC Future Leaders nad what's AIESEC Future Leaders? CHECK IT OUTTT!!! AIESEC Future Leaders is a program that provides youth development in the form of a community for them to take further development leadership roles in their society. In August, AFL is under preparation. AFL is a 3-month program that consists of sessions for skill development spaces where participants can get coaching for soft and hard skills. AFL starts on the first of September until 20, November.
