About Us
What is AIESEC?
1 AIESEC is a global platform for young people to explore and develop their leadership potential.
We are a non-political, independent, not-for-profit organization run by students and recent graduates of institutions of higher education. Its members are interested in world issues, leadership, and management. AIESEC does not discriminate on the basis of ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or national/social origin. AIESEC in UIN Jakarta, which is under AIESEC Indonesia, continues to strive to contribute to Sustainable Development Goals especially South Tangerang through various SDG-based social projects and accommodate the aspirations of youth regarding the closest social issues and provide space for youth leadership development.
Greetings From LCP In 2016, AIESEC in UIN Jakarta has established as one of local chapter under AIESEC in Indonesia and one of our goals is to be the enabler of growth towards south Tangerang. Since then, we have managed to send more than 80 young people abroad, developed more than 100 young people in our membership, purposefully engaged more than 80 partners, conducted seven social projects in South Tangerang, and seven workshops and seminars.

Those milestones and accomplishments are our commitment to work towards our goals but we still have so many things to do to achieve it. I, Zulfa Nabilah Khairunnisa, as the president elected of AIESEC in UIN Jakarta for the term 2022, I’m ready to continue to fight for our goals and continue the legacy that my predecessor have in order to bring AIESEC in UIN Jakarta to be bigger, better and stronger. With the guidance from Board of Advisor and beneficial collaboration with partners, I’m optimistic that we will bring AIESEC in UIN Jakarta as one of the leadership movements towards fulfillment of humankind’s potential.

AIESEC Future Leaders by AIESEC in UIN Jakarta is back bringing the unique theme of "Treasure Seeker Adventure". This program was held for 3 months and wants the participants to act as treasure hunters embarking on the adventure to find lost treasure.
This program consists of skill development sessions where participants can get coaching for soft & hard skills listed in the AFL curriculum. The first Bi-Weekly on June 4th, 2022. The session was about training to practice agile and resilient traits to think in a dynamic environment.

On April 11th, 2022, the agenda was a networking space in collaboration with AIESEC in Santiago, Malaysia, and Dehradun to get IR Exposure, expand relations and the transmission of ideas, meanings and values around the world in such a way as to extend and intensify social relations. The second Bi-Weekly on June 18th, 2022, the session was about educating the elements of Business Development.

This month, we reached a fairly broad partnership. She Hacks, which is in the field of gender equality and feminism, always collaborates by presenting 50 female registrants. In addition, to support health and hospitality insurance issues. We collaborated with Prudential x Hipwee to assist 100 youths in implementing insurance. We make this effort to support health and gender issues that are still rife. We are committed to continue to spread the impact in the partnership.
