Liquid Masters

The Liquid Masters are convenient for taking samples of various liquids. This high quality liquid sampler is available in a range of lengths and diameters to give a range of sample volumes. The Liquid Master is easy to use and is designed to be completely dismantled into its component parts for quick and thorough cleaning.

• Ideal for use with low viscosity and medium viscosity liquids such as water and light oils

• Choice of material (316L Stainless Steel, food grade PTFE or PP)

• Sampler tip seal arrangement prevents sample from dripping

• 316 L Stainless Steel version has an external surface finish better than 0.5 μm Ra and uses a silicone seal (FDA grade CFR 177.2600)

• PTFE/FEP version is made from FDA 21 CFR 177.1550, USP Class VI, EC 1935/2004 & EU 10/2011 conforming materials

• PP version is BSE/TSE free

• Complies with DIN ISO 15528

• Easy to clean

Operation - Technique 1 - Point Sampling

1. Insert the sampler into the product.

2. At the required depth press the push button to open the valve in the tip allowing the sample to be drawn into the sampler.

3. Withdraw sampler.

Operation - Technique 2 - Cross Sectional

1. Press the push button to open the valve in the tip and slowly insert the sampler into the product.

2. As the sampler is pushed in a cross sectional sample is taken.

3. Release the push button at the required depth to stop any more liquid from entering the sampler.

4. Withdraw sampler.

Note: To take a large sample the sampler needs to be inserted deep into the product.
