Swoffer Model 3000 Current Velocity Meter-Flowmeter

The Model 3000 Indicator is a datalogging version of the Model 2100, allowing the operator to input and store measurement data that is usually written by hand.

Features

• Read stream velocity directly from 0.5 to 25 feet per second in Velocity mode

• Records depths, widths, velocities, flow angles, time/date (“stations”) in "Discharge" mode

• Memory holds 1000 “stations” in up to 100 cross sections for later upload to a PC

• Calculates discharge

• Velocity sampling interval is user selectable from 1 to 999 seconds

• Calibration ratings for 10 different sensor options are stored and can be edited

• Powered by four AA size batteries

• Designed to function with price type AA and Pygmy meters with or without optic sensors

• Can be easily field-calibrated to operate with any contact closure type sensor

SW-2100-151-Slider Allows 2100 propeller sensor to be used on any 1" diameter rod. The same as that supplied with the 2100-1514 / 1518 & 3000-1514 / 1518. Can also be modified to fit ¾" galvanized iron pipe.

SW-2100-151-Foot 2.5"diameter aluminum plate attaches to the bottom sections of -151 wands. Comes with stainless steel bolt and lock washer for installation

SW-2100-TSR-Adapter Acetal resin plastic adapter for using the 2100 propeller sensor on a USGS Top-Set Wading Rod. The 2100-TSR adapter directly replaces the original "slider" of the USGS wading rod allowing the Swoffer sensor assembly to be removed and installed as needed This is the same part as supplied with the 2100-TSR-KIT / 3000-TSR-KIT

SW-2100-160* Stainless steel & 6061 T6 anodized aluminum adapter for using the Model 2100 sensor with a cable suspension system. An articulated assembly with 5″ fins allows sensor to point into the stream flow. Uses the same stainless flat bar material as Price AA meter cable suspension.
