Minibeast Drew Copus

Minibeast Project by Drew Copus I started painting these minibeasts because of the multiple sewage overflows caused by Southern Water’s neglect. It made me think about how pollution affects the creatures that live on the strandline – the tiny animals that are so small that they go unnoticed. I wanted to draw attention to them by painting them across the townscape. I hope that it will get more young people aware of the ecology of the seaside towns that they live in and they will campaign to protect these minibeasts. #drewcopus #minibeastproject #droobie_art Front cover: Springtail Page 3: Sandgraver & Nudibranch Page 4: Sandhopper Page 5: Seaslater Page 6: Nudibranch Page 7: Sandhopper Back cover: Seaslater Find out more about these amazing creatures at: www.beachstuff.uk Insta: /strandliners and /cleanwateractgp PLUS: #greensockmovementwww.bhassexplore.com
