關愛之家參訪 文山婦幼中途之家｜中和成人中途之家

關愛之家參訪 文山婦幼中途之家 作者：黃易欣、蔡東霖

關愛之家，台灣專門照顧愛滋患者的機構， 其中又分為成人部與婦幼部。在這裡，有 著無家可歸的患者，有著家人無力照顧的 患者，有著一生下來就感染愛滋的孩子， 儘管如此，因為有了關愛之家，許多專人 照顧著他們，還有無數志工的愛與關懷， 提供感染者溫馨的中途之家，給感染者臨 時的避風港；以人道精神為基石，激發人 性，促進感染者間互助、互敬、互愛，並 賦權身體康復的感染者穩定就業後返回社 區自力生活。讓這些患者能過著跟你我一 樣的生活，不再被這社會所遺忘。

Harmony Home Association, an institution in charge of taking care of AIDS patients in Taiwan, includes the adult department and the women and children department. There are homeless patients, the patients whose family can’t afford their therapy, and the children born with AIDS. However, with the care from lots of specialized-assign people, and the love of the numerous volunteers, Harmony Home provides patients a warm family, and a temporary harbor. Based on the humanity, Harmony Home encourages patients to help, respect, and love each other, and help them gain the right to live in the society with their own effort, in order to let the patient lead to the life just like ours and no longer be forgotten by the world

SCORA 特刊 五月號 作 為 SCORA 性 健 康 推 廣 部 門， 我 們也希望能盡自己一份心力，因此 在 3 月 23 日 這 一 天， 一 群 可 愛 的 SCORAngels 到 了 關 愛 之 家 的 婦 幼 部，針對幼稚園、國小的小朋友帶來 一個下午精彩的活動。 在抵達關愛之家婦幼部的之時，遠遠 就能聽見裡頭小孩子活潑快樂的嬉鬧 聲，一踏進房間，大家的臉上充滿疑 惑地看著這群大哥哥大姊姊，頓時安 靜了下來。突然一陣音樂聲劃破了寧 靜，「ㄜㄜㄜㄜㄜㄜㄜㄜㄜㄜㄜ⋯」 金罵謀ㄤ的前奏充滿著房間，沒錯這 就是我們為小朋友帶來的第一個活 動， 帶 動 跳！ 小 朋 友 從 一 開 始 的 陌 生，漸漸在歡樂的音樂中跟上大哥哥 大姊姊的動作，也為整個活動做了暖 身。音樂一結束，小孩又再次失控的 跑來跑去，找我們這些「新朋友」玩 玩具。我們只好拿出我們的秘密武 器——SCORA 貼紙！大家一聽到有 貼紙，也就乖乖的坐回原地，等待我 們下一個活動。 As the members of SCORA, we hoped that we can also make an effort to help them. Therefore, a group of SCORAngels arrived at the Harmony Home of women and children on 03/23/15, and brought a series of excellent activities in the afternoon.

When we just arrived at the Harmony home, we could hear the happy noises of the children. As we stepped into the room, everyone stared at us silently with a confused expression on their faces. Suddenly, the music stops the quietness, “Rrr.rrr.rrr.rrr…,” and the music filled the room.

Right, it was our first activity for the kids, “Dancing!”

Despite of the unfamiliarity at the beginning, the children became more and more active. However, as the music stopped, the children were out of control again. Don’t worry.

We got the SCORA stickers to gain back their attractions.

的名字，再看看她那張天無邪開心的臉龐，心中有一股說不出 的感動。接著是牙齒的衛教劇，小朋友突然開始為台上賣力演 戲的大哥哥大姊姊打起了分數，「他吃完東西不刷牙會蛀牙， 所以他是 0 分！」「她好乖都有刷牙，給她 100 分！」 我們透過牙齒模型教大家如何正確刷牙，大家在歡樂中學習， 也在笑聲中結束我們的衛教部分。 最後一個活動是手作動力車，這讓許多一直在旁邊觀看的大孩 子也開始有了興趣，利用我們發的 CD 片、竹筷、紙杯、橡皮 筋、螺帽，幾個步驟就能做出可愛又好玩的動力車。還有小朋 友很有創意的將小燈泡放進紙杯裏，讓自己的動力車閃著不同 顏色的光彩，看到大家這麼開心，也讓辛苦籌備的我們感到很 欣慰。

這次我們為了關愛之家的孩子們準備 了兩個衛教劇，希望透過幽默的戲劇 來教育他們正確的衛教觀念。第一齣 戲是眼睛的衛教，大家都很沉浸在短 劇裡，甚至有小朋友興奮得衝上台前， 一副小大人的樣子喊著：「你這樣不 對！這樣眼睛會壞掉！」 在小故事結束後，我們準備了手作書 的材料，一張大紙上印著護眼守則， 小朋友只需要透過摺紙，再寫上自己的 名字，就可以快速地把一張紙變成一本 專屬自己的愛眼小書！在大家專注於 手作書時，突然一本寫著我們的名字 的小書傳了過來，循著書的方向望去， 只見一個小女孩很高興的跟我們揮手， 說：「謝謝你們來陪我們！」看著書 上彎彎曲曲的筆跡，想到小女孩是看 著我們的名牌，一筆一劃寫下所有人

We prepared two dramas for the kid this time and hoped to educate them the right medical knowledge with humorous acting. Our first drama was about the eye protection. Everyone enjoyed the drama and one of them even ran on to the stage and said, “You are wrong! You will hurt your eyes!” After the drama, we prepared the hand-made books with the rules of vision care on it. They could write their name down and make it their own book. During the process, a book was passed to me and written with all SCORAngels’ names. A little girl waved her hand happily to us and said, “Thanks for coming to play with us.” All of us were touched. The following drama is about teeth knowledge. We use a teeth model to teach them how to brush their teeth. Every kid learned in happiness and the part of dramas ended in laughter.

The last activity is the hand-made-power car. They could turn the CDs, chopsticks, paper cups, rubber bands, and nuts, with a few steps, into a cute and funny power car. One child even put a little light bulb into the car to make it shine with various colours. Seeing the happy faces, the long and hard preparation was all worthy.

也許這些孩子一來到這個世界就被迫生病，並且要對抗愛滋病毒直到生命的最後一刻， 缺少父母照顧的他們顯得更加弱勢。但是因為關愛之家，因為大家對他們的關心，因為 我們，讓他們不再孤獨，而能擁有更為珍貴的愛與生活。 Maybe these kids are forced to be sick when they were born, and they have to fight the AIDS until the last moment of their life. Lacking of the care of the parents make them even more disadvantaged.

However, because of the Harmony Home, because of our cares, because of us, they are no longer lonely but having a more precious life.

患散播關懷。而我們這次的目的地，便是台北 關愛之家的其中一個分部。

【乍到】2015 年的 3 月 22 日，一個陽光普照的 晴天，一群大學生從捷運站搭上了計程車，風 塵僕僕地前往台北市郊區的一座山上。看似平 靜而祥和的小山，其實，正默默住著一群不被 社會與政府接納的病人。這裡，不只是平凡的 郊區，這裡──是收容愛滋病患者的「關愛之 家」。「關愛之家」是一個專門收容愛滋病患 的私人慈善機構，創立者楊捷女士在就讀美工 職校時，為了幫助身邊不被家人接納的感染者， 索性將自己家中空出的床位讓出來，提供他一 個棲身之所。這樣純粹助人的心情和行為，在 歷經無數的波折與經歷後，逐漸擴大成幫助更 多人的夢想，關愛之家於焉成形了：楊捷女士 租了間公寓，盡其所能地提供收容與照護服務。 關愛之家因為種種社會與經濟壓力因素，一直 無法受到政府認可，並未合法立案，但這份挫 折並沒有停止該機構的初衷，他們在全台各地 尋求隱密的居住地，持續向無家可歸的愛滋病

<Arriving>

On March 22th, 2015, we took taxi to a silent hill near the suburbs of Taipei City. The hill seems like nothing more than an ordinary residential area just like the others. However, some residents have no choice but keep a low profile here. They are AIDS patients, and where we arrived is Harmony Home Association.

Harmony Home Association is an organization dedicating themselves to helping HIV-infected patients. All the things started when the founder, Nicole Yang, first welcomed her friend to her home. Harmony Home Association provides the homeless and poor patients with a secure place to live in.

On entering the organization on the 1st floor, we saw several sickbeds arranged one after another in a small space. Patients were still sleeping. To avoid disturbing the patients’ nap, we followed the

下午 2 點整，一群人小心翼翼地踏入一樓的辦 公室。一進門，便看見一張張病床並排陳列在 房間的各角落，病患們正沉沉地酣睡著。一樓 的病人，多半是插管、或帶有其他慢性疾病的 中老年病人，他們健康狀況不佳，行動力也較 差。 不久，我們身後傳來了一個鏗鏘有力的聲音： 「你們來啦！歡迎！」一轉身，我們看見一位 滿頭白髮的老爺爺，滿臉笑容地向我們打招 呼。他是鞏爺爺，也是一位愛滋病患者。為了 不打擾一樓的病患午睡，我們隨著鞏爺爺和社 工師上了二樓，等待病友們午睡時間結束的同 時，聆聽鞏爺爺分享關於他自己的生命故事。 鞏爺爺是位開朗慈祥的人，即使長期負病，他 依舊帶給人朝氣與活力，依舊能滔滔不絕地分 享大大小小的趣事，並時不時以一位長者的身 分給予年輕人各種人生啟示。在聆聽鞏爺爺說 話時，我們感受到的，不是他身為一位愛滋病 患者的困境，而是一個不卑不亢、充滿光輝的 生命──鞏爺爺並未因罹病而被社會歧視壓 垮，他活得有尊嚴，他的胸膛，挺得比誰都直。 【平等：大家都是一樣的】在午睡時間後，我 們終於開始與病友的互動。本次的活動，因為 考量各樓層病友的身體狀況，一樓的部分，我 們除了協助一樓病友做簡單的伸展和暖身操， 還請來陽明大學同學組成的 a capella 團，為 他們帶來新奇又溫暖的歌唱表演。還記得，在 演唱完歌曲後，我們看到病友留下的淚水，令 我們既感動又心疼：一方面感動於我們有能力 為弱勢者付出心力；一方面又心疼於他們平日 遭受的孤寂與委屈。正因為我們的到來對他們 而言是那麼可貴，我們的關懷是那麼稀有，才 會讓他們留下那些感動的淚水吧！而我們在二

social worker to the second floor. As soon as we got to the second floor, we bumped into a kindlooking old man, Grandpa Gung. He was also an AIDS patient. He was such a warm-heart man that he shared lots of his own stories with us.

What we saw on Grandpa Gung is a spirit with dignity against discrimination from the society.

He is a person worth respecting than anyone else.

<We are all the same>

After the nap time, we were ready to start our activities. Most of the patients on the 1st floor suffered from other serious chronic illness, so we decided to help patients take some simple physical therapies. Also, we had invited an A Capella singing group from Yang-Ming University to perform for the patients. After the performance, the patients were so touched that some of them couldn’t but burst into tears. We knew that our love was deeply transplanted into the bottom of their hearts.

On the other hand, the activities on the second floor were more active. We not only played some singing games with the patients but also made sweet dumplings with them, hoping to make everyone feel the warmth of gathering together just like a family. During the activity, what we got was: in fact, we are all the same. The so-called “dreaded AIDS patients” can still smile, help and even play crazily like children. It is a pity that most of the public still don’t and are not willing to know more about AIDS patients and get clear about HIV, which results to the hiding life they suffered.

SCORA 特刊 五月號 樓帶的活動，則較為活潑。除了帶著病友一起歌唱、同樂我們還 一起製作手工湯圓，希望大家在暖冬中，還能享受彼此聚首、如 家人般吃著湯圓的溫暖。在活動過程中，我們所感受到的是：其 實，這群所謂「可怕」的愛滋病患，和一般人根本沒什麼不同─ ─他們依舊能單純地享受遊戲的樂趣，依舊保有孩童般純稚的童 心；他們熱情、好客，在製作湯圓的過程中樂於互助。這樣的他 們，甚至比社會中許多冷漠的人更加可愛！只可惜，當今的社會 大眾，由於對愛滋病的不了解，依舊將厚厚的誤解與歧視重重壓 在這群可愛的病人身上，讓他們難以容身於社會，只能過著處處 隱瞞、不安與躲藏的生活。一次陪伴愛滋病患的經驗，讓我們更 深刻地體會到愛滋病患的處境，同時也感受到他們的可愛。他們 和我們一樣，需要朋友、需要關懷、需要愛：他們和我們一樣， 存著善良溫暖的心，以最真誠的一面對待生命中的人們。畢竟， 他們和我們一樣，都是值得有尊嚴地活著的──「人」

The experience of accompanying these lovely patients shocked us a lot. We realized the difficulties and challenges they are facing more deeply. Meanwhile, we indeed felt that they are same with us.

After all, every human being in this world are worth to be treated equally. We all worth living with dignity.
