scope of copyright transfer By signing this Copyright Transfer, I and the client, ‘The Rogue + The Wolf’ are agreeing to transfer all ownership rights to said client. This includes all personal and professional ownership of all the designs created for this rebrand as listed above. This agreement also gives me the right to display all finished designs for this project in my Graphic Design portfolio, and any online portfolios and printed material that’s for the sole purpose of showcasing myself and my work as a Graphic Designer.
REstrictions The Copyright Transfer Form does not give the client permission to use any of the progress work in the project that did not make the final cut. This means sketches, visuals, preparation materials and any unused ideas are not to be used, modified, borrowed or replicated. These will all remain the property of the designer, Erika Kunde, and any unused ideas will be free to use for future projects. However of course, will not in any shape or form resemble the ideas or designs of this project.

You, the client are free to alter or change any of the design elements of this rebrand, however please remember that too many changes in a brands identity can cause confusion upon consumers and you can become less recognisable.
