MORE SPACE FOR YOU G3 engineers have developed all technical characteristics to allow a practically use of the product in very comfortable conditions. Our Know-How offers improved performance, fundamental and innovative solution for all types of roof bars and for all country laws, highest safety, high-quality P.S. or ABS/PMMA Materials and availability of different finishing. All our Roof boxes are tested City Crash Tested following ISO PAS 1154 .
Dual Side Opening System The Dual Side Opening System permits you to open the roof box from both sides. It makes the mounting easier and facilitates its loading and unloading. G3 engineers have developed this Both-side once again in order to improve the performance of G3 Roof box range. This solution allows you to open both sides of the box with the same key. You have better and easier access to the box in very comfortable conditions. The Both-side opening system represents a fundamental solution for all the countries with left-lane driving, and provides in the same time

the opportunity to fit the roof box in different position of your roof bars together with the other accessories. To the begin this innovation will be applied only on the high-level G3 roof box series, enriching in this way a range that already offers very good-looking finishings, central locks and city crash test certificates. Once again the G3 roof box tries to fulfill the growing needs of its market, increasing the versatility and improving access to the loaded luggage in an always simple and elegant way.

Our roofbars range are developed with the aim to simplify the mounting for every kind of vehicle. We think we have reach this point. Thanks to our pre-assembled and easy fixing roof bars we have recently received a patent pending confirmation. Our products can be designed to fit every kind of car’s roof: open railings, closed or integrated roof rails or with specific fixing points.

Wind-and Raindeflectors
HI-IMPACT We are able to develop this product starting from CAD-Data and to complete our project
achieving ECE standars, TUV approval and KBA certification following the german law. The fixing system with clims makes the product more functional and safe.

G3 produces with success since 1979 this very useful and functional product. During the years we discovered a good application of the extruded PMMA with a high shatter resistance that was appreciated also from our OEM-Clients. The material shows high cold and heat resistance (-35째C/+80째C), high flammability, light resistance, high impact strength following DIN 50306 (no impact marks by 3m) and resistance to media.

Trunk liner
TAILORED BOOT TRUNKS permits G3 to adapted its domestic production in order to keep capacity, punctuality and quality. Starting from CAD-Construction and FEMApplication the cooperation with our clients is always motivated and professional also by getting through different OEM-Audits. We produce trunk liner with different rim heights, from 45 mm to 450 mm.
